SAM BONEH
Managing Director
Mr. Sam Boneh has over 30 years of investment banking and corporate finance work experience. Prior to establishing Genesis, Sam was among the founding team members of Israel's pioneering biotechnology company – Interpharm Laboratories Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swiss/Italian pharmaceutical group of ARES/Serono.
Later, he had joined an Israeli investment group - Yissum Holdings Ltd.
(now Rosebud Ltd.) and served as its executive Vice President. Sam also served as V.P. Business Development with Degem Systems Ltd., a leading educational software & hardware developer, manufacturer and marketer, focusing and handling the company's international strategic alliances and acquisitions.
Since inception in 1987, Mr. Boneh is acting as the company’s Managing Director. Mr. Boneh is a Tel Aviv university graduate in Accounting and Economics.
KUTI OREN
Associate
Mr. Kuti Oren joined Genesis as a special investment advisor, in late 1996. Kuti had gained vast experience in financial and accounting matters including special debt financing and other forms of quasi equity vehicles.
Prior to joining Genesis Kuti served as CFO of publicly traded and private companies including Bait Bakfar Ltd. an Israeli Elderly People Home company with few large facilities throughout the country, Eden Spring Ltd. a publicly traded company and Israel’s largest mineral water supplier and Yissum Holdings Ltd. an Israeli Investment group traded at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Mr. Oren is an economist and an Israeli certified public accountant.
MENACHEM BURKO

Menachem Burko is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in a wide range of senior financial and operational positions in a variety of industries and businesses, from early-stage start-ups to multi-national companies.
In his last position, Mr. Burko was the COO and CFO at AGT International a global Home Land Security company headquartered in Switzerland. Prior to joining AGT, Mr. Burko served as CFO at a startup engaged in developing satellite communication system, COO of a leading venture-capital Fund, and Vice President at both an Israeli leading cable operator and a publicly traded electro-optical subsystems developer. Mr. Burko is a CPA (Isr) holds a BA in Economics and Accounting.
